While one is not a fan of having to have a court appearance, I have to say that if you do have to appear in one then this is where you should go for great representation. Kelly Toney was put in the unenviable position of taking over my highly-contentious divorce case after my initial attorney had to withdraw due to personal reasons. The importance of good legal counsel: I think ,when the majority of people are faced with legal matters they are so intimidated that they “ just want it to go away!”.... and usually will just sign anything to “make it” go away.
